Working principle

Multi machine joint operation (vibrating feeder+jaw crusher+conveyor, impact crusher+vibrating screen+conveyor): The material falls into the vibrating feeder, and after simple screening, it is uniformly and continuously fed into the jaw crusher. The coarse crushed material is then transported by the conveyor to the impact crusher for fine crushing treatment. Some finished products that meet the particle size requirements are differentiated by the vibrating screen and then transported to different material piles by the conveyor, The other part of the finished products that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the impact crusher for further processing.
